SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING

We ship via An Post registered post. We will email you to let you know that the order has been sent. Items that are in stock ordered before 12pm will be shipped the same day or the next working day. Weekends and Irish Bank Holidays are not classified as working days. Some items may need extra time if we need to have it ordered or made for you, we will contact you to let you know if this is the case. Carla Horrana Piercing and Jewellery are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

*Update March 2021* Please note that Ireland is currently in full lockdown until further notice, therefore we are limiting shipping to Tuesday and Friday each week. Be aware that due to the volume of online shopping at the moment there may be a delay in the postal system. Following government restrictions we regret than Click and Collect is unavailable at the moment.

All overseas shipping and especially shipping to the USA is taking much longer than usual, please be prepared for a possible long delay. This is completely outside of our control, thank you for your patience and understanding.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to fall in love with your purchase but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 7 day returns policy, from the date you receive your order.

  • Your return must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

  • For hygiene and health and safety reason, we cannot offer returns on earrings, either for refund or exchange.

  • We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on Sale items.

  • We recommend you post your return via registered mail and accept no responsibility for any deliveries lost or damaged.

  • The cost of post to return items is the customers responsibility.

  • Once we receive your return we will process your refund/exchange.
