This piece is made of a single Bleck Colour piece that has been shaped like a heart. The inside measurements of this heart are 10mm width by 9mm height. The ends at the top have a clicker closing . If you want to put this heart on your ear piercing, you can put it on both the right and the left side, because the piece is visible from both sides. Other ear cuffs only have a detail on the front or the back; so keep it in mind.
